About Bishop George Nsamba .
Called to ministry with a spectacular experience with the Lord in 1986. That day at 2 p.m., Bp.George experienced heaven in which Jesus posed a question, Are you willing to become one of my servants? Immediately, Bp.George tendered in his resignation to the principal of the secondary school where he was a chemistry teacher. In total, surrender to the Lord he walked out of that school that day. He pioneered the first congregation in June 1986. Since then, Bp.George has become a leader of leaders with Elim kawanda acting as a his home church where he is the senior pastor.
From a humble beginning, Bp.George has climbed all electable positions up to being the presiding bishop of Elim pentecostal Evangelistic Fellowship of Uganda. This church organization has over 1000 congregations in Uganda. Bp.George travels around the country, giving pastoral guidance to over 1800 pastors. His preaching ministry has taken him to New Zealand, Germany, and America. He carries a special preaching and teaching anointing accompanied with signs and wonders. He holds among others Master of divinity from Nairobi evangelical graduate school of theology.
